Paypal and Direct Deposit Icons are greyed out, unavailable

Does anyone know why the Direct Deposit and PayPal buttons are greyed out. When I hover over them, it states “Withdrawal in progress” but I have not withdrawn any money… I was WANTING to initiate a withdrawal… but alas, I cannot… Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks.

Well, customer support was contacted almost 4 days ago. One reply… was “You have a withdrawal in progress that didn’t go through… check with your bank”… So I checked my account, and the withdrawal that I last initiated on May 26 went through perfectly… No problems… It went into my account on the same day I withdrew the funds… I responded to C.S. of these facts… I then got a message that the problem would be transferred to someone else… I have not heard anything since… and I still cannot make a withdrawal.

I decided to write them back today… to let them know that I will be putting all of my work on “hold”… I have two orders in the que and 10 more waiting to go into the que… but I’m not going to keep working, not knowing the outcome… Evidently they are having trouble with whatever is going on… or either it isn’t a priority. I already have over $400 in my account that I cannot access… I sure don’t want anymore to accrue…I hope the buyers who have shipped me products will have the patience that Fiverr has asked me to have. You can’t imagine how frustrating this is…

Hello. I posted a few days ago about this, but things are not getting any better. I realized last Friday that I could not access my earnings to transfer them to my bank account. Fiverr customer support told me I had a withdrawal from May 26th that never completed… I needed to check with my bank, that it was a problem with my bank, that they would not accept the deposit.

When I wrote back to inform them that the deposit from May 26th did in fact go through and it was in my account… they said they would transfer my message to someone else. I have never heard anything back. I opened another message this morning, literally begging someone to get back with me to tell me what’s going on. I rely on these funds for living expenses and I am now overdrawn in my bank account because I have no access to the money I’ve earned here. Not only that… but I have two orders in the que waiting to be completed… however, as bad as I need the money…

I am afraid if I complete the work, I will not get my money… and we are talking about close to $1,000 in the que right now. Not only that… but I have at least 15 clients who have sent me expensive products waiting on videos. I am stuck in limbo right now… I do not want to spend time and energy on work with the possibility of not being paid. I have let some of my clients know the problem, unsure about how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated… as I am literally in a state of panic right now… wondering what to do about all of these clients…

I am looking into taking my talents and skills elsewhere due to no response from Fiverr CS, however, in the meantime, I have no income, and a bunch of clients that are just hanging there. 😦

Rough situation, but you have a contract with these persons, correct? It’s true that Fiverr has issues, but I don’t think that’s a good reason to leave your clients hanging.

I glanced at your profile, and it says you’ve been on since 2016? Is this the first time you’ve had an issue with withdrawal? Is this the first time you’ve reached out to CS and they’ve taken longer than a week?

About the only thing I can think of is to message CS again and ask them (politely) to escalate the matter.

This is the only time I have ever experienced this issue. Believe me… I do not want to leave anyone hanging… this is the dilemma, but I don’t have time to work for no payment either. I did what you suggested this morning…Normally, with any problem I have had, I have an answer within 24 hours… this is making me very uneasy to not hear anything at all back from them. Is this the norm these days, as far as not getting a response back in this many days (It’s almost 5 days now since I contacted them, and 4 since the first person got in touch with me.

If it helps, I don’t think I’ve ever read a thread about someone not being paid by Fiverr, as long as the order was completed in full, to specification, and there were no loopholes in the contract, nor rules broken. (Buyer-end cancelations are another matter, and those happen more often, but Fiverr does offer some protection against chargebacks.) Especially, I don’t think I’ve heard of any problems when the issue had been a blatant bug.

I will note, however, that I have read a thread or two where, when the bug is
or happens in the transfer stage, that it has taken a month to clear the issue. One moment, and I’ll see if I can find any of those threads.

I just wanted to let you know that after the message I sent yesterday morning, pleading with someone to help… as I am overdrawn with no funds… the right person stepped in and helped by solving the glitch. I was finallly able to withdraw the funds…
