Bad Review is showing on Top

Hi,
I have only one bad review of 2.3 stars on my profile from last approx. 45 days. That is showings on top. many other recent review of 5 stars is showing below.
how bad review go down ?

1. it will automatically will go down after time period ? or always remain on top of reviews ?
2. This bad review has 675 words and i have also replied this review with 150 words. If got any review longer then this review then bad review will go down. ?

I think they usually put the longer reviews near the top for more credibility, but I’m not completely sure.

Hopefully as you gather more reviews, it won’t be at the top anymore.

That is my experience. Longer reviews stay at the top longer.
