My response rate decreases

Hello
Yesterday my response rate was 100% like its from the begining, but today it came to 92%, maybe its because I received a message from a seller who is unavailable.
What should I do? How can I inform the fiverr team and how can the system detects its not my fault as I cant reply to that seller.
Plz help

Check your spam folder. Sometimes something that is sent directly there might still count against your response rate. If you have a message there that you didn’t respond to, yes, file a ticket and include a screen shot of the spam message.

Or, if you marked something as spam without responding first. That also can sometimes throw off response rates. It’s a good idea to always reply, even if it’s a simple ‘no’ before you mark something as spam.

No, there is nothing in spam, the only thing I am guessing is the unavailable buyer or sellers message to whom I cannot be able reply as he is unavailable.
What next then, how do I get this issue to the customer support as there is no live chat?

I have already read that before I posted here, thats what I am trying to understand that I didnt responded anything late nor nothing is in spam, I am 24 hours available on fiverr except the time its midnight in my country, but still reply those within early hours of my morning

Send screenshots to support, tell them as precisely as possible what happened.

Maybe this “can’t reply to people who message while they’re in out-of-office mode” is an undesired side effect of Fiverr having changed sonething. Since a while, buyers can’t accept custom offers sent by a seller who is in that mode, too. Those things could be linked

“How to”:

Click “Help & Support” in the footer or from your profile picture drop-down

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Click “View all topics”

Scroll to the bottom again on that page

Click “Sumbit a Request”

There’s “Bug” somewhere in the ticket drop-downs as an option, I’d use that one.

Right now, I can’t reply to a seller because he is in the Out of Office mode.

And that annoying clock is shown right next to his message.

I’ve sent a request to CS already.

For now, the solution is to contact customer support within 24 hours from the initial message, or mark it as spam.

And, if you report a message as spam, this is also counted in your Response Rate
