I have completed the requirements for TRS and waiting for 3 months to Upgrade to TRS. Is there any hidden requirements to fulfill to be nominated as a TRS because the basic requirements are complete?

It’s also possible that you never get TRS, even though you qualify. Others have said they’ve gone for years without getting it, after they qualified.
