Client unavailable Status

The client message me, But he is unavailable for next 3 years, How can I reply to him? any solution

Sounds like they put their account out of office or away for 3 years for whatever reason.

You cannot reply to them until they take their account off of out of office mode. Just check daily if their account is back online and then you can reply.

3 years is a weird time frame too - maybe they were kicked off the platform?
