Yes, if you belong to a Facebook Group and repeatedly share your gig and other Fiverr sellers do the same thing, it becomes annoying to the group you belong to and is considered spam.

People get banned from social media cuz they don’t know how to promote their skill set. Instead they advertise a link to their gig over and over and over.

On one of my Fiverr gigs, I have a total of 6 reviews and maybe about 10 completed orders in total. I received close to 30 orders from that same exact gig off-platform on social media.

Everyday on social media I get messages in my DM of people spamming their Fiverr gig. It will never work because they move like bots.

I’m a member of various FB groups about something totally unrelated to my Fiverr work. It is frightening how many Fiverr sellers spam their gigs in all of them all the time. It’s annoying in the extreme and totally inefective marketing. I think they should get reported and banned there. If you operate a business, act professionally. Take the time to learn before taking action.

Me too. I report the buyers that post gig links as spam.

No, I got banned from the social media platform. Not this platform. As you can see my profile is still active and my gigs are still running in the search result.
