Does not want to break Fiverr guidelines

I want some honest advice and I wish to adhere to Fiverr guidelines.
So is it okay for a buyer to conduct an interview for a project outside of Fiverr?
It would be great if somebody could answer this.

No, it isn’t okay. Any interviews outside of Fiverr will cause your account to receive a warning or be blocked.

In addition to what @donnichols told you, often these types of buyers are up to no good! 😈

Mostly they contact new sellers and try to get them to have contact outside of Fiverr to get them to work without the buyer having to pay Fiverr’s service fees. They are scammers and are hoping you as a new seller will fall for their tricks! Do not do it!
