What are the criteria to achieve Top Rated level?

@kim_ngan, in addition to the link that our very own lovely @imagination7413 gave you please be aware once you qualify for a Top Rated Seller badge you may need to wait months or years to get it. Some sellers who qualify never get it. It took me two years after I qualified to get that golden badge. :medal_sports:
