How to increase the rate of on-time delivery asap?

Hello everyone, I have a problem that my rate of On-time delivery down because of some orders late. Now I want to keep my Level 2 next month and please let me know how I can do this rate increase asap?

The only way to increase it is to get more orders and complete them on-time. Even if you loose your level, you can get it back in two months, after the late order has cycled out of the statistics.
