gongor32 Posted May 26, 2021 Posted May 26, 2021 Just want to know if 1 start rating counts toward to rating after 60 days ? I think it will be almost impossible to anyone come back after this kind of review.
vickiespencer Posted May 26, 2021 Posted May 26, 2021 I believe that once 60 days have passed a one star rating will fall off and no longer count towards a seller’s review average. :crossed_fingers:t2:

And does it counts toward gig’s average rating too?Reason I am asking is I have cancelled my latest project because of this nightmarish client. I did like 5 big revisions and didn’t end there since I didn’t want to get any negative review after refusing free additional revisions so I thought my only choice was cancel it instead of taking chance .
enunciator Posted May 26, 2021 Posted May 26, 2021 Hmm, I think the account and gig review average includes everything for forever, but the negative effects of the bad review in regards to levels and stats cycles out after 60 days.Looking more closely, Level only cares about average review score for the past 60 days, so are there leveled sellers who happen to have a less than 4.7 star total average, but have a 2 month average above 4.7 stars?

Your average review score is the average of all the reviews you have ever gotten, including in gigs that no longer exist. The 60 days are only relevant for the level stats, nothing else.

At least make 1-star review weight less after 30-60 days or so on formula. Not straight out death sentence.
