I experienced a problem with my fiverr today, since the new update that lets you add tags and labels to your gig portfolio images. Whenever I go edit it, I have to re add the tags and the labels again. Also, there is another problem that doesn’t let me update my gig package price and info. I have no idea what it actually is, but whenever I save the gig, and i refresh the page, the package details doesn’t seem to update, then I go back into the editor and nothing changed, the prices are the same old ones, same goes for details, but the gig description and the gig title seemed to have updated. I did some thinking and I can assume that the problem is related to the update, but I don’t really know, I am just a cartography artist 🙂 . I edited my compare packages and saved it. it showed 999 products for 999$ 😵 in Premium. I was devastated and could not understand the matter at all. Then I rechecked and I rewrote it again and saved it. Then they showed me exactly what I gave them after saving. This could be a problem with their server. I got this problem with the expected earnings part, where it would show 4$ all the time, regardless of my prices/orders, but that didn’t bother me. What bothers me now is that I would spend 30 minutes editing my gig, then it won’t save, it is so frustrating that it got me to the point where I wouldn’t bother update my gig anymore in that day cause I’d expect this to happen.Guess I will try again today. Having to reset, “This is why the gig moves backwards and impressions and clicks decrease”.Although this is not happening to everyone. It seems that this could be a problem with the fiverr’s server but I am not sure. Because every now and then countless members are joining Fiverr.com and updating and presenting their gigs.
