Automatically completion of milestones and order

When a milestone is delivered, in the top of the order it mention as bellow,

“buyer” has 8 days to review and accept your delivery or the order will be automatically marked as complete. Missed something? You can deliver files again.

On the same time under the delivered milestone. it has also mentioned following,

Note: This order will be marked as complete in 3 days if “buyer” doesn’t take action earlier.

what does this mean?
milestone will complete with in 3 days if buyer doesn’t response ?
milestone will automatically completed after 8 days if buyer doesn’t response?
