Unless you are living under a rock you may have noticed that many scammers are selling fake accounts fake reviews or even both at the same time for your money !! you can look up few pages on social media and check it yourself on how many reviews you can get for 5 bucks, etc wish is making Fiverr overpopulated from the scammy seller then regular once and cuts the competition unevenly in favor of those who put quality gigs and offer stellar experience.
My take on that is to incentivize Fiverr owners to stop this once for all, and improving site quality and overall experience! The last time I had a buyer I notice a massive drop in the communication level even after delivering the buyer was not responsive and claimed that my delivery is not like he expected !! I can understand many buyers with specific requirements and I am looking to help however if English people can not speak proper English and I am so sorry but there is not so much I can do

Even if Fiverr to wipe all false reviews off the face of the Earth (well, the website…)… there’d still be people who’d end up giving you a ‘bad’ review (or even just people who won’t be happy with your work.) It happens. Not everyone has the same taste - and yes, communicating can be hard but sometimes you need to learn how to make sure you’re understood - and that you understand everything you’re told. When I sense struggle in communication, I double-check to make sure I’ve understood what I was told. It works wonders!

Well… I do have a hunch or two but I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything. I’m assuming it could be because more buyers have been aware of them lately so quite a few people have been grouchy because they haven’t gotten what they’ve originally wanted from others/decent sellers are put into the same hats as ‘fake’ ones?

Honestly, I’m fine to work on my own - I WILL check in for important information, but I don’t like to ask every little thing personally (unless it’s a huge project.) But the truth is that you can never please everyone 100% - no matter how good you are, there’ll be hiccups on the road. Even if the buyer’s communication was lacking, maybe they really didn’t like what you gave them - or they just didn’t have the time/energy for constant communication. Some people prefer to talk every single day, others will let you do your job and THEN have you revise things. It’s a matter of preference.

If you have your gig requirements set up properly you will not need further guidance.

The Fiverr platform is set up for the buyer to have an easy buying experience. This makes buyers’ happy because they want to make a purchase and then come back and pick up their delivery without having to interact with the seller any further.

I have seen reviews on other profiles where the buyer has complained that the seller contacted them too often.

Well… I do have a hunch or two but I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything.

My hunch is it has to do with the OP’s latest review. :thinking:

That user is me. And I’m not sure why or in which world it’s ok to tell people to shut up and why you support that behaviour.

Maybe you haven’t seen other posts by OP because a lot of his topics were deleted for him being rude and inappropriate while breaking a lot of fiverr and forum rules.

Plus it’s definitely bizarre to see him complaining about people buying fake reviews when he himself were in those groups and was stealing/showcasing work that didn’t belong to him.

It is an 86% which is not bad, however since the OP’s last review was 2 months ago, and if he does not get another review by June 15th he will lose a level.

Going from Level 2 to Level 1 then back to Level 2 is not really a big deal, unless you are utilizing every single available gig slot and losing a level would mean several gigs automatically being paused.

There are sellers who regularly bounce between being Level 2 all the way to non-leveled based on order cancellations or lack of consistent orders/reviews.

You cannot demand of people who are participating on the forum voluntarily to conduct themselves like Fiverr staff.

If you want professional behavior, feel free to open a line of communication with Fiverr CS.

You can, however, control how YOU conduct yourself on this forum.

I have made a post not that while ago about how forum members can improve this place if they acted with compassion and tried to help others succeed.
