Couldn't verify ID, Fiverr Account restricted

Hello, Everyone!

I am new to Fiverr. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I joined Fiverr. Today I received a message from Fiverr saying I have to verify my ID. I uploaded my ID, but Fiverr couldn’t verify my ID. The reason was due to low quality. And now my account is restricted. So far I have completed 4 orders. I need your help! 😟

Yes, wait just few days, after they will send a reply. Hope you will get a perfect solution by this.
Verify for account
Need fresh high quality image (nid, passport, D/L)

All your linked account should be use same image according to your fiverr account image before verified

@anjalika101seo I’m facing a similar situation. Did you manage to get your account back?

Yes. I contacted Fiverr CS. They replied within 24 hours. And I got another chance to upload my ID and photo.

Make sure that the ID you upload is a full-size one. Don’t crop it. Everything that is written on the ID should be visible and not blurred. Take a photo of your ID with some good lighting.

And the photo of yourself should be similar to your ID. I took a picture of myself and saved it beforehand. When you get your second chance upload those.

It took like 48 hours to verify my ID and photo. Be patient. You’ll get your account within 4 days. Follow these steps.

Yes I tried to follow those instructions. I didn’t get the option to choose a pic. I only had the option to take a selfie and pic of my passport.

The email I got says to submit a valid ID. I am not sure what the issue is.

How did you manage to choose a pic you already saved?

No when you get take a selfie, click it and open. Then you’ll see your gallery option there. You can go to your galley from there. Have got a second chance yet?

One of my friend in Fiverr also faced that issue, he got rejected 3 times. and contacted the support. The support will definitely help you, Don’t worry, try to upload clear images.

when the failed two times they will go for manual verification.

Yes that is correct. CS will help to recover the account. We have to be patient.

Nope. Still waiting for a reply to my ticket. I don’t understand why it says not a valid ID. Did you get a similar message?

Yes I had the same issue. In the first chance I didn’t knew that we had to verify our ID. So I just grabbed my passport and took a photo and uploaded it.

But after my account got restricted I researched a bit. And then found out that all the info on your ID, every single word should be visible in order to be verified.

Take a clear photo of yourself and ID. See if all the words are readable on the ID. Contact the CS. After that you’ll will get a second chance within 2 days. Then upload the photos you took. Your account will be activated within two days.

Yes. When You open your camera there you’ll see your gallery icon. Open your phone’s camera you’ll see the gallery.

Thanks for the help. The frustrating part is I got the notification like 5 days back and I was reading about it all over to get it right for the past few days,

I tried it today and I failed.

Did the restriction affect your account in any way? Clicks and order wise. I had a bit of success last week and worried I have to start all over again.

Well after I got restricted my gig was denied. When denied no one will see your gig. I’m still new to Fiverr. But was lucky to get orders from the first day. My gig impressions was good. They were raising day by day.

But after my gig was denied all of them dropped. When they verify your account they will automatically remove the restriction. And after gaining your account your gig will also be active. The only thing is that all your impressions will be down. You have be patient to gain them back.

Oh that’s bad! I am also new and just completed a month. Even I got quite fortunate just completed 10 orders and my impressions and visibility was gaining momentum.

Um… In my passport all the info is in the front page. So, I didn’t have to do that. I think the same goes for you.
