Recommendations to new tutors

It don’t think it’s a good idea to say “We can meet first Via Zoom or any other application of your choosing prier to the lesson” if the lesson is what they order. If you contacted off-site by exchanging contact info in the inbox you’d likely get a warning. I’d check the Terms of Service page so you are up to date on the rules.

Maybe double check spelling in the gig description, maybe add an faq or give more info on what they will get if you think it will help. Be careful not to help with any academic work they’ve been given to do as that wouldn’t be allowed.

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Yeah definitely not going to help with any of their work. I had a message within the first day but it was from a student looking for just that, so unfortunately not the customer I was looking for haha. I wasn’t aware of the off site rule. I’ll change that immediately. Thanks again.
