Why client user name not showing in buyer request?

Hi.i’m Murtaza from pakistan. i’m having a problem with buyer request. user names are not showing on buyer request and you know how much important they are. help me please.

Hello! It’s not important for you to know their username, because buyer requests are (as the name suggests) for buyers. These requests are here for sellers to respond to it solely within this section in order for the buyer to subsequently choose from the offers. But the main reason they aren’t displayed is to avoid sellers message these buyers, which would be identified as spam.
