Buyer ask refund after 2 month?

Is that real to ask for refund after 2 months? I delivered job, buyer checked as completed and gave me 5 star rating. Now, after 2 months he asking for modifications and rebuild things. If I don’t wan’t to do them, he wants a refund. Is that real?
