Promted gig feature

Can any one let me know. I am level 2 seller month ago but i am demoted to level one now can i still use the promted gig feature with level 1 account?

You can only use the “Promoted Gig” feature IF it is offered to you. It would be a link on your dashboard.

I would imagine though, if you lost a level, you may not be able to use it until your metrics improve.
