Delete messages

There are some messages from people that just make me boil with rage. I don’t want them archived. I don’t want them in my inbox. I just want them gone. We need a delete message functionality.

Correct. Totally agree. I have a number of messages that I don’t need - just spam. It would be better to be able to delete them same to deleting done to do things on out to do list page.

Hi, yeah it’s frustrating and maddening.



However from a legal, ethical and best practices point of view, any business would def want to retain any correspondence good or bad.



Every jurisdiction is different and legal opinions vary, but here in the U.S. saving business records for 7 years is the norm.
