miiila Posted May 21, 2021 Share Posted May 21, 2021 Welcome to the forum.If you don’t have any browser extensions (not just auto refreshers but also things like ad blockers could be the culprit) and JavaScript enabled, you could try whether a different browser works for you (according to Fiverr, Fiverr is optimized for Chrome, so it might be the best choice), or else, contact support. They’ll probably tell you to delete cash and cookies, to enable Java Script, to deactivate browser extensions, so it’s best to try all of that before contacting them and tell them that you did it right in your first message, also provide all relevant technical info they might ask for, like OS, browser. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
