Never call your clients Bro, Dear, and the like. In some cultures that is not acceptable.

Also, calling someone Sir is risky, because we never know if our clients are ladies or gentlemen.

The best words to approach you buyers:
Hi, Hi there, Hello, Hello there, Greetings, Hi/Hello Username. etc.

Don’t call them Bro, Dude, Dear. buyer can feel embarrassed!
I also recommend not to call them ‘SIR’
