You can probably post it to a couple groups but posting too many times in a certain amount of times automatically gets flagged by Facebook’s bots. Also check individual group and page guidelines. Some pages have rules against advertising.

You share or promote your gig in any social media platform but with some short description . ok . you can’t do share your gig or profile URL in any platform its a roles of fiver. So , you should write some sort description about what you do or not to do or your recent experience than share your gig url. Thanks
