Buyer cancelled because product wasn't what they were looking for

I delivered an order to a buyer who wants to cancel the order because they want a 2d model done instead of a 3d one. I can only do 3d models and i advertise as such, they have said ive done a great job with the model. What should I do? Should I accept the cancellation?

Don’t accept cancellation request. If they want 2d model which you don’t serve then go to the Fiverr support & message them that the buyer accidently order on your gig which service you don’t provide. They will review & cancel the order at their own. It will not affect on your cancelation rate.

Hello Milian,

Let the Fiverr Customer Support cancel the order or you may also contact FCS that the buyer changed the requirements from 3d to 2d and now wants to cancel the order. Doing so will not affect your order completion rate.

For future projects, make the requirements 100% clear, ask as many questions from the clients as needed to make things clear, to avoid cancellation.
