How to Treat Delibrate Negative Reviews From Buyers

Hello house, this is not a tip per say, but just an observation which i believed in one or two occasions in our career with fiverr; we’ve experienced. I don’t know how you guys see this but there are some buyers who deliberately come to order your gig, and after you’ve done a wonderful job for them, they’ll deliberate give you a positive review because your gig carries 100%.



What are your views about this, probably you’ve had an experience like that, how did you over came the scenario. Please for the benefit of those who are coming up, i need contributions on this topic. Thanks

Some people carry their issues around with them...even onto fiverr. I wouldn't make it my problem. If someone mistreats you, document the incident well and report it to Customer Support. None of us are without resources.

Trust me, the customer Support will answer "we can do nothing about buyers feedback" ;)
