My Completed orders Canncelled

Hi there,

My 6 completed order was cancelled. I don’t know why. And I am not able to send message to client. it’s saying “can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate.”.
And cancelled orders refunded to the buyer. But I finished this job all the orders and given to me reviews.

How can I get back my money back.

Please help me .
