W9 loop request

so no matter how many times i update my w9 in fiverr it constantly tells me to update it and every time i update it it just goes back to update etc. when trying to publish my gig it wont work what so ever maybe this is a bug or something like that but this is really irritating to the point where I’m getting over whelmed by it
