Suddenly dropdown all gigs

Hello, Please help me. I am a level 2 seller. My ranked gig was dropped down suddenly 3 months ago. After 3 months the gig was ranking day by day. But Suddenly 5 days ago Fiverr asked to me add TAX information (they paused all gigs) after adding the information they did live my all Gigs. Now. But dropped down like before(no impressions, no clicks, no orders)…
Do you know anything about it?
