Payment Withdrawal Issue

Dear Fiverrr Team,
I requested to withdraw my payment almost 9 days ago. After 2 days, I was told that I will get my payment within 2-3 days. But it has been more then 3 more days, but i have not received my payment yet. Can you explain me the reason behind this? Plz reply soon and try to transfer my funds as soon as possible.
