Why sales stopped every month?

Hi, I am a level one seller and I need your advice. I am observing one thing for 2 years that my gigs are not getting good orders. 2months stopped completely and one month of a good sale. what is this formula of Fiverr? I think Fiverr controlled this. if they want I get an order otherwise no. is there any algorithm that rollout for everyone even I have good feedbacks and a completely active and serious seller.
