rifeynman
Hi everyone, hope you are doing well, I was promoted today to level one, the email I’ve got states that I am eligible for Promoted Gigs, for an unknown reason I can’t find that section on my dashboard where I can run ads, I visited this link: Fiverr Promoted Gigs | Maximize visibility, boost your revenue but every time I click “Create Your First Ad” it leads me to this page: Fiverr Help and Education CenterThanks
smashradio
Just because you’re now at level 1, which opens up the door for promoted gigs, this does not necessarily mean that you have any gigs that are eligible to be promoted. I have several gigs across multiple categories. Some are eligible; some are not.It depends on several factors, such as gig quality, ranking, and which category its in.Congrats on reaching level one, by the way! Here’s a few relevant links you can check out about gig promotion:How do I set up an ad? What Gigs can be promoted? How can I change my bid? How to manage my daily spend limit? How do I deactivate my promoted Gig? How am I charged for my ad’s activity? Where will my ad appear and who can see it? How can I measure my ad’s success and optimize it? I hope this helps! 🙂

Thanks anyways.Happy to help!If you take a closer look at the requirements:ou are evaluated for Promoted Gig participation eligibility according to the following standards:You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated seller.Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating.Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. You meet additional quality metrics. That last one is probably where you’re stuck. Fiverr won’t tell us everything that goes on behind the scenes, but I can make a qualified guess after being on Fiverr for several years:The “secret review” that buyers are asked to leave after purchasing a gig matter – a lot. I believe it affects a range of things, like placement in search, badges like “Fiverr’s Choice”, and yes – even promoted gigs. When they write “additional quality metrics”, that is most likely what they’re talking about. It just might be that you don’t have enough positive “secret reviews” under your belt to be eligible yet. This might change over time, as long as you deliver high-quality services and first-grade support to your buyers.Reviews and stars matter less and less on Fiverr, while the feedback behind the scenes matters more and more. So don’t get put down by the fact that you don’t have any eligible gigs for promotion just yet, since it might simply take some time to get there.
