Buyer Ordered My Gig Extra But Now Wants To Cancel

A buyer ordered my gig which I delivered prompted. Only to see another order for a gig extra which entails I do the uploading for the buyer. He asked the info I would need and I stated I would need his log in details.

While I was awaiting his response, he’s stating that he wants to cancel the Gig Extra but he even haven’t accepted the delivery of the main order.

Please how do I go about this without affecting my stats? I would really appreciate your response.

I don’t think there is any way to partially cancel an order. So at this point, I’d go to Fiverr support and see if they can help you.

There is no way to cancel the gig extra. What you can do is ask the buyer to order the project again , and after the buyer had ordered the new project. Cancel the old project
