uk1000 Posted May 13, 2021 Share Posted May 13, 2021 If you don’t see the video icon at the bottom of the screen in the inbox it might be because the seller needs to initiate it -eg. it says “At this stage, only sellers can initiate video calls under specific terms (as specified below).”.So maybe once a seller has initiated the video thing with a VID/business buyer it will show on their screen and a message box will show with the generated link to join the call. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
