Being online has no difference in the amount of sales. So it’s a very bad idea to use any kind of tool that refreshes the browser.
But I’m aware of the “Show online sellers only” filter, which in theory can give you more impressions.

To my experience using extension, for fiverr be it web or app is totally bad. apart from the fact that it de-rank your gig gradually without noticing would invariably leads to account suspension or disabled.
