fahad_570
I was offering assignment writing services. Fiverr removed my gig although i got only 3 orders yet, but i have seen gigs with even 25 or 30 reviews who offer assignment writing services but they are still visible, why?
uk1000
Doing someone’s academic work that they’ve been given isn’t allowed. Fiverr probably thinks the word “assignment” is used to mean doing that academic work. For the other gigs maybe Fiverr just hasn’t got round to checking them yet (eg. maybe they haven’t been edited recently so haven’t been put in a moderation stage) or Fiverr just doesn’t think those gigs (or some of them) are for doing academic work someone has been given to do.Though it doesn’t seem safe to use words like “assignments” or “essays” so I wouldn’t use them in a gig. When I search for “assignment” it gives about 8000 results so that’s a lot they’ve allowed on the site if they consider “assignment” doing academic work. Still I wouldn’t use that word in a gig.If your gig wasn’t for doing someone’s academic work they’d been given you could contact support at support@fiverr.com and explain that it wasn’t and try to get your gig/account back.
genuineguidance
Your Gig was removed because it breaks the TOS.As to the question, “Why are other sellers with reviews still able to do this service?”, well, they have not come across Fiverr’s radar just yet. You could take it upon yourself to report all of their Gigs if it would make you feel justified or to get vengeance I guess. They should not be offering those Gigs - I am certainly not standing up for them, but, Fiverr has literally 1000’s of sellers - and 100’s signing up daily, so, it can take time to “find” all Gigs that are breaking the rules. It is kind of like speeding down the highway, and the highway patrol pulls you over - and while giving you a ticket, others are speeding by - over the speed limit but do not get “caught” or a ticket. Your Gig got “caught”.Just offer Gigs that within the scope of the TOS. I would suggest you may want to read it since it is clear you did not if you made a Gig that violated it. You can also ask in the forums if you can offer certain types of Gigs.GG

They found all/most of the money spell gigs quite quickly and stopped (or mostly did) those from being created.

I am not sure Fiverr has given much thought to implementing an easy fix for this type of Gig.I agree with you, they should have some sort of code so that one could not even create a Gig that has these words used in a certain way - like they do with the messaging and the words payment etc.GG
