Fiverr gig not showing up on search

Hello, I recently got an order in which I received two disputes but after that, the buyer was happy with the project and marker the order completed but did not give me any reviews. Now all of my gigs are not showing up in fiver even though before they used to show up on the first page of Fiverr search. I asked the buyer to give me a review but he did not reply. What should I do? Should I create a new user.

To put the issue of asking/hinting for reviews to rest. I wrote to CS to ask if we are allowed to ask for nonspecific reviews. I told them that it was a source of controversy on the Forum and that we would appreciate knowing the truth of the matter and that I planned to post the answer here. Here is the email I received. you can check your gig visibility using this tool https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig Select “My Gig doesn’t appear in search” then select your gig. If everything is ok it will show its active status. If no - read what it says to you. And probably contact to support after.
