Buyer is not responding after asking for a review with no details

Hi, everyone!

There’s a buyer who asked me for a revision of the audio I delivered but didn’t add any details. He even said “I need a revisison I will send my comments ASAP”. That was about 5 days ago and I still don’t have the comments to do the revision. I asked for an extension of the time of the delivery but still no answer.
What should I do?

Have they responded since the revision request at all?

If yes: try to get an exact timeframe from them. Find out how much time the Buyer thinks they’ll need.

If no: redeliver the order.

Try to contact them otherwise redeliver.
