My order got marked delivered when nothing was delivered?!

I ordered 3 gigs from the seller fragglesrock, and they got marked delivered when the gigs was not at all delivered and now the seller tells me everyday he will deliver but nothing happends?! What am I suppose to do?

On your order page you have the Request modification button: click it and the order will be active and seller needs to do something.

If you still experience some trouble, remember your seller that delivering empty orders is against ToS and that his account can be banned.

If every communication attempt is useless, contact Customer Support, provide all the evidence they need to understand the situation and wait for their answer.

I dont have that button, only thumb up and a thumb down? It says the order is complete after 3 days, he took more then 3 days and thats why it got marked complete. (very strange rule to be honest)

It’s not a strange rule, it’s clearly written in Fiverr ToS: Responding and posting a review: Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for Gigs with shipping). If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed..

You had to request modification immediately, right when the seller delivered an empty order!

Now you have two options:

• Hit the thumb down and leave a bad feedback explaining what the seller did: in this case you won't get your money back.
  
• Write Customer Support and wait for an answer.

Hello, I ordered this from a seller, where they state to ‘Submit your website or blog to over 125 awesome social bookmarking sites.’ I’m curious to know when a seller states the order, like this, has been completed how can we be sure the submission of my URL was really submitted to all those social bookmarking sites? Anyone can say they completed a task, I would like to know how we can have proof that this was actually done. Please advise.

Honestly I don’t know how you can be sure about the seller work…

You could write him and ask for some url (link) you can see your website on…
