Unable to review my buyers

Hi Guys, please I just completed an order, but I didn’t get notifications on where I could rate the buyer.

It’s affecting my rated orders percentage.

Anyone can help?

You can only review the buyer AFTER the buyer submit the review about your service

when buyer gives review then you will be able to give them . at first , they can initiate, seller cannot do this without buyer review. I hope you understand.

You will receive the notification when buyer will leave the review after that you would be able to give review to buyer. But don’t ask from buyer by yourself that leave review, it’s against fiverr terms of service. It’s up to him/her that whether they want to give you review or not.

If the buyer didn’t review you , then you won’t get any review (star)

But it’s the buyer choice to give your reviews , you can’t talk about and ask for it . Or you will get a warning letter

You will get notifications when your buyer will give you a review, then you can also give review to your buyer

Requesting for a review in any form is against Fiverr’s ToS. Buyers are free to leave a review or not.

The buyer left a review after 2 weeks and I can't review the buyer.. Has anyone experienced that?

I am also having this issue - not being able to review a buyer, regardless of how much time has elapsed since he reviewed me. This happens in both most recent Safari and Chrome browser.
