Is there any issue for editing video thumbnail?

I uploaded a gig video and 3 images a few days ago. When I uploaded my gig video, Fiverr authority take it for reviewing and I am unable to make the video thumbnail. After a moment Fiverr approved my video and I edited my video thumbnail. There is something wrong with me? Or, anything was negative after thumbnail editing?
