Why i see many times this message

It’s a bad system because it works like that on the Fiverr forum and Fiverr.
It’s a bad assumption that a person can’t open a Fiverr tab or a couple of them quickly or that they can’t press edit on their forum post in under a second (or whatever the limit is currently). They shouldn’t need to go to a captcha screen then 2 pages of selecting images in a captcha thing to prove they’re not a robot.

but i don’t refresh any page too often. it shows me from today.

This could be because you’re opening too many tabs with Fiverr at once, using a VPN, or perhaps you’re having an IP that has been flagged for suspicious activity before.

I recommend clearing your browser cache, restarting your router/modem, and keep only one or two tabs open with Fiverr.com at any given time.

You could also try using a different browser and see if that solves the issue.

But before you do, I recommend that you try the above, since they will most likely ask you to at least clear your cache anyway. 🙂
