I can’t receive orders and messages after this review and my response time is 1 hour.

Account at risk for what? Your account won’t be suspended or deleted based on 1 bad review but it is likely to be more difficult for you to get orders in the short-run as buyers will be hesitant to order from an account with an overall 2 star rating.
