The job was taken back from me but I did not create any order

Hi All,
I’m a new seller at Fiverr, you got a job but the buyer took the job back from me and maybe gave it to someone else. However, there was no time limit for the job he gave me. Now I am wondering if this could be a problem with my Fiverr account. Please tell me.

There is no way to create an order that has no time limit !
Did he actually placed order ?
Did you receive notification from fiverr that you got order from that buyer ?
or it was just conversation in your inbox ?

I think what he mean is that the buyer place the order , but DIDNT SUBMIT the requirements. So there is no clock counting.
