Out of the suddenly i stopped receiving messages

Hello.

I usually get around 10 to 30 messages a day, which i answer and talk with potential buyers and some convert into orders.

However, the last 2 days i haven’t received any new messages, only from the buyers who had orders already in work.

Any idea why this is happening? Bug or something?

Also, I don’t think it is a good idea to have a gig called “I will create 30k per month one product shopify store” as promising outcomes that are out of your control would violate Fiverr’s Community Standards.

Weird, i pay for Seller Plus and my “mentor” never said anything about that he even advised me to create a thumbnail for that gig as you can see in the gig.

One of the reasons i have in the gig description to talk to me is to explain how the process works and the possible income depends in several factors

Then you should ask your SSM if he noticed that you had that on your thumbnail and if it is allowed.

There are many gigs offering to do academic work and that is against Fiverr TOS too. But none of them stay there long as someone always reports them and they and their sellers disappear from the Fiverr Platform.

Do not risk your account. Ask your Seller Plus Manager if you can put the guarantee to create 30K per month in your Shopify store. For one thing, if your buyer does not make 30 K, they have grounds for canceling their order with you.
