Skeptical about using certain sellers

I am a regular buyer and I am about to use a mobile app developer for a development but I am worried that the time displayed next to their profile does not match when I check the time in that country at that time. When I ask they say they adjust it to local time?..any advice?

Either they moved to a different country, or they were pretending to be from somewhere they’re not. Wouldn’t worry about it if they have a history of providing good quality work.

If it bothers you, just go with a different seller.
