I passed a test but it's nowhere to be seen on my profile

Hello guys, I hope you are doing well.
I took the adobe illustrator test and got 7.5 (passing score was 6.0) it said congratulations and everything but I can not make it visible on my profile (It’s not under the “Tests Taken” section)
