Client can't add a rating on a job

I just finished a job recently and my client got an error message when he tries to enter a review. Is it a recurring or a temporary problem?

Not heard of that error before but I would avoid talking with the buyer about reviews at all costs. If there is a problem for them, politely say you are not allowed to discuss reviews and guide them to Fiverr customer support.
