Block buyer, but why and solution please

I am continuing my conversation through inbox for a order details suddenly fiverr block the buyer! How can I know about it or solve it?

If Fiverr blocked the buyer it was because they were banned. The other possibility is the buyer blocked you after deciding you were not a good match for their needs.
