Hey! Quick question about a gig

I recently got into photography and now I want to publish my gig. I was wondering if I could use some pictures of Nike and Adidas that I clicked or should I blur them. Is it against Fiverr TOS?

If you’re into photography, then you can take your own pictures of whatever you want as samples for your gig images.

Yes, this why I’m really not looking forward to break another TOS.

From the Fiverr TOS (which you should probably read if you are trying not to break it):

Gigs are required to have an appropriate Gig image related to the service offered. An option to upload two additional Gig images are available to all Sellers. Sellers must deliver the same quality of service as shown on their Gig images. Recurring deliveries that don’t match the quality shown on the Gig images may lead to the Seller’s account losing Seller status or becoming permanently disabled.

Use common sense and your own best judgement. If you are really unsure whether a specific image is suitable or not, its probably best to be cautious and find a different image. However, you still haven’t changed the gig images that we pointed out to you the other day.

Well I got permanent ban before I could change or delete it. Fiverr could have given me a strike or a warning or just take down the gig but decided take down my entire account.
