Question about mutual cancellations

Maybe @Madmoo or @OldBittyGrandma could answer this or maybe someone else.

OK I have had to ask a buyer for a mutual cancellation as their job falls way out of the scope of the gig description. The buyer has purchased my extra fast service at 24 hours, what happens if the buyer doesn’t respond? I know there is a 48 hour window for cancellation on a mutual basis when their is no response from the buyer but how does it work when the gig time total is only 24 hours ? Maybe this is one for support but just thought I’d ask here before I head over to bother those guys!
