Barred from withdraw attempts because of a bug

Good afternoon.

I’ve been barred from attempting to withdraw because I exceeded my attempts to plug in the sms passcodes.

However, the odd thing was, I’d get all of them correct and the button to continue still refused to light up.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this. And I’m hoping to get some tech support to help me with this issue.
